James A. Zitesman, Attorney at Law strives to provide quality legal services to clients in a timely effective manner.

Easily accessible by phone or email. Voicemail messages usually returned the same day.

Technology oriented. Email is extensively used in order to reduce paper waste and to increase efficiency. Unless otherwise requested, invoices are sent by email.

All clients sign either a Flat Fee agreement of an hourly fee retainer agreement so there will be no misunderstandings. All agreements must be signed prior to any time being expended on a client's behalf.
